At CAM TOWER, we adhere to Egyptian consumer rights and offer a flexible return and exchange policy:

• Right of Return: The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories and invoices.
• Defective or Non-Conforming Products: In case of receiving a defective product or one that does not conform to specifications, the customer has the right to return or exchange it within 30 days from the date of receipt, with CAM TOWER bearing all shipping and return costs.
• Return Procedure: To submit a return or exchange request, please contact our customer service. The request will be reviewed, and an appointment will be scheduled to pick up the product.
• Refunds: The full amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method, after inspecting the product and ensuring it meets the return conditions, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of accepting the return request.
• Services: Services that have already been rendered (such as installation services after completion) cannot be returned or refunded.

CAM TOWER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the website or services.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the website after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
